If you want to return your order we will get a full refund unless it is a custom order. Custom orders are 50% refund.

Damage can occur during shipping, if this does happen, please send us an email with pictures and we will try and rectify the issue ASAP

If there is something you would like done but don’t see on the website all you have to do is send us an email at madebyrecon@yahoo.com or reach out to us on one of our socials. Just please title the email “custom order”
